$10,000 Honor Guarantee, Backed by InterNACHI - Eastern Iowa Home Inspections

Being a mold inspector and having advanced mold inspection training / mold sampling equipment are great home inspector qualifications. It allows us to not only assess the building envelope for conditions conducive to mold growth, but to also sample the air inside the building as well as take surface samples of suspected mold for identification and confirmation that what we are looking at actually is mold. Not all that appears as mold is mold so the testing equipment becomes our ally in the inspection. Call for pricing and availability.

 Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging is a great home inspector qualification - Eastern Iowa Home Inspections

Thermal imaging and its uses are great home inspector qualifications. Thermal imaging can help reveal moisture problems that are not yet visible to the naked eye. Moisture intrusion is conducive to mold and decay. These are attractive to wood destroying insects like termites and carpenter ants. Thermal Imaging is also a very useful tool for locating electrical system hot spots, deficient insulation, Heat/AC and duct system issues, plumbing leaks, and more…
