Mike Gillingham is the owner and lead inspector at Eastern Iowa Inspection Services. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Mike brings an unmatched depth of knowledge to every inspection he performs.
As a US Navy veteran, Mike carries the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to service that defines his work. He founded Eastern Iowa Inspection Services in 2008 with a simple mission: to give buyers and sellers the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions.
Mike uses the latest technology — including exclusive Infrared Thermal Imaging — to uncover issues that standard visual inspections might miss, ensuring you get the most thorough report possible.
